Our Products
Many of our products use vintage, distressed wood, old carvings, stone and metal. Most of the furniture is hand crafted and many of our accessories are hand painted . We also use of a lot of handloom and traditional indian fabrics.
Thus many of our products will show up imperfections and flaws. These cannot be compared to machine made products. We hope you will understand and value the worth of these imperfections, which help to create genuine, handcrafted and limited edition pieces.
The images, descriptions and measurements you will find on our site have been used to best portray the products we sell. We must advise that although we try our utmost to remain completely honest, the information due to the nature of our products can not be 100% accurate.
We like to celebrate the unique nature of each and every single product we sell. As well as the desirability that goes with the knowledge that you are buying a one off, hand crafted item. Returns
We work on a no return and refund policy for all items.
Only exception being, if the product is received damaged and the same is brought to our notice within 48 hrs, along with supporting images of the damaged good.
If 48 hrs have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase. A reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are received defective or damaged and after immediate intimation (within 48hrs of delivery) on the receipt of the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kanantheartspace@gmail.com and a reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.
Delivery and Shipping
The products are typically dispatched within 3-4 Working days of order confirmation depending on your destination. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same.
Cancellation
Order can be cancelled within 12 hours from the time of order placed, Beyond that cancellation is not accepted. Return instructions will send to your email address after return approval.
